Warranty & Insurance
We do not undertake remedial or water ingress rectification works with less than a 5-year warranty. Depending on the building type — residential or commercial — and the nature of the remedial works, warranties are typically provided for 5 to 7 years.
All remedial and water ingress works are carried out under $20 million Public Liability Insurance, ensuring appropriate risk coverage for all stakeholders.
